I’m just reading the the section that explains 5x5/3/1 in Forever.
Not sure if I’m missing something, but the intensity in option 1 of the anchor template isn’t increased. It states the same amount of sets and percentages as the leader, but where all the leader sets are done 5x5 across the weeks, the anchor is 5x3/5x5/5x2 or 3x3 which is a drop in volume without a bump in intensity.
Am I missing something?
It doesn’t seem to make sense or fit the regular leader/anchor rules.
Appreciate any any help!
