5s Pro Full Body A/B Workouts

Jim, for someone just focusing on strenght would this be alright for a leader / anchor?

Workout A
Squats 5s pro + 5x5 fsl
Bench 5 s pro + 5x5 fsl
Assistance from all three and light conditioning

Workout B
Press 5s pro + 5x5 fsl
Deadlift 5s pro + 5x5 fsl
Assistance from all three and light conditioning

This is done 2 cycles 3-4 days a week.
Then 1 cycle of

A
Squats 531 rep PR
Bench 531 rep PR
Same assistance and conditioning

B
Press 531 rep PR
Deadlift 531 rep PR
Same assistance and conditioning

Am i way off?

Nope. You are one of the few that ā€œgot itā€.

I sincerely appreciate you reading and applying that knowledge. Just make sure you keep the assistance during the Leader to MANAGEABLE total reps in the 3 categories. That shit can creep up on you if you aren’t careful. Also the same with conditioning; make sure your aerobic base is solid before you do anything stupid.

God, I want to write some angry shit right now but I’ll keep it civil. Anyway, thank you and I mean that more than you know.

Jim, as for the anchor phase, do i need to add fsl or perhaps even jokers there?
Or just hammer the PR set and call it a day with no supplemental work? And should i up or lower the assitance work during anchor?
