565 Explosive Bench Press

While going through youtube i came across a video of a 565 bench press triple that was unreal. He goes by bigbeastwilk51.

565 explosive bench - YouTube

Other lifts include 700 lbs floor press with a slingshot, 460 push press for two, 605 dead bench, 410 standing military for two and the easiest 480x10 bench i’ve ever seen.

Haha you mean Robert Wilkerson? I’m following him, too.

He’s also squatted 1000lbs raw

HAHAHA Priceless. Honestly, why disable youtube comments ever, and deprive the world of such entertainment?

Hahahhaha… Well frankly I doubt thats even his bodyweight. But hey, once you are in the SHW, who cares? I can’t imagine judging depth on squat for him… How can you even see the crease of his hip??? Anyways, he is quite impressive indeed.

he benched that faster than i can pull it. fack. that is one LARGE mammal.

There’s only 2 kinds of people that bring “bodyweight” in a discussion about ABSOLUTE WEIGHT being lifted:

  1. Weaklings
  2. Noobs

I hate when someone makes a backhanded compliment as well, saying “oh yeah, he benched 600, but that’s only double his bodyweight”…uuuhhhhh dupshit, your 150 lbs self benching 300 is not even in the same universe as a 300 lb-er benching 6. These comments will also, as you may have noticed, always come from someone who doesn’t even look like they lift weights in a t-shirt. To them I say, you can get up to 450 lbs bodyweight if you want to, you still won’t be able to even remotely touch the weights that person is handling.

Strength is strength!
