I usually put a couple (after warm ups) of high rep DB floor press after the BP%, I go pretty near failure and have ~5 mins rest, still get the pump after a couple of 20-30rep sets.
For all my assistance I cut the working sets to 1 (sometimes 2) sets using the same weight as the previous week (where I did 4-5 sets).
