I understand that we should be following this template when it comes to accessories for BBB -
Push - 25-50 total reps
Pull - 25-50 total reps
Single Leg/Core - 0-50 total reps
I was just wondering if I should be applying some kind of logic to it or if I could just freely pick on the day whatever I feel like doing?
For example on bench + squat days:
Bench - chest accessory with maybe biceps/core (Incline DB + Curls + Ab Wheel).
Squat - leg accessory with lat/core (Leg press + Lat Pulldowns + Hanging Leg Raises).
Or should I focus on other body parts for accessories since 531+BBB will be a lot of volume/stress? (E.g. on Bench day, I’ll do accessories for back/biceps/core)
