This was a rough day, volunteer work for long hours. From 6 am to 3:30 pm monday-thurs. Diet wasnt on par this week and still managed a pr.
Yes i know, little bit of a hitch, but atleast i got 515 cleanly.

Hey dude, nice lifting for a young lad. Impressive.
I noticed there is a fair bit of slack in the bar, I was wondering if that’s cause you just smash the bar back into the ground. Every. Single. Rep.

It’s an okie
BW? Have you competed before? What do your squat/bench look like?
Solid training session, except that I am completely against the whole dropping the bar at the lock out/slamming it down. Even if youre just super “pumped or psyched” it teaches you shitty habits that would fuck you if done in a meet.
keep up the work.
Is Jr deadlifting in Oly Shoes?
My only suggestion is to get out of the habit of dropping the bar because you can’t do that in a meet. Other than that, nice tuggin.
am I the only person who was expecting some kind of ridiculous max effort grinder lift because I thought me meant 525 lb dead @ 16 rpe? like it was a joke of rpe and how difficult it was?
lol nice deads though

Bench: 300lbs paused
Squat: 415lbs x 3
First meet will be in august. BW is 209lbs, been maintaining and getting stronger.

The goal was to get 515lbs, and i got it. Noticed i hitched a teeny bit on 525lbs, thats why i pulled the plug but still finished the session with what i wanted.
btw guys check out my RE session from the 4th, no bar slamming/dropping lol.
No lol Lillibridge JR in that video looks like he is wearing Oly shoes.
