Hey guys! I’m new over here, but I hit some nice PRs lately and decided to share.
Two years ago I could barely squat 225 and bench 185. With the help from my mentor I’ve made some nice progress. I’m open to any constructive criticism. I’m training for my first meet in September, and I’m always wanting to learn from more experienced lifters!
