380 Squat Double, 475 Deadlift Double @ 193

I know you cant see much on the Squat, but any criticism on the deadlift would be great.

Your deadlift form is interesting to me. Normally I would say that I think you are starting with your hips too high, and that you need to be pushing with your legs more at the start. But honestly, with your build I kind of like the higher hips at the start, it seems to work for you haha. I’m curious what other people have to say. But I would say both lifts look really solid in terms of technique

On the deadlift, you shoot you hips upwards as soon as the bar leaves the ground. I suggest sitting back more, pulling the slack out of the bar and engaging your lats. Good work.

Will post more videos over the last few weeks as I beat myself un to the ground with a high frequency phase before de-loading and going all out for 1 rep.

goals for the next 2.5 weeks are 405 squat, 200 military press and 500+ deadlift @ 195ish
