500 Test E plus Advice

Howdy,

I am looking to plan out my 3rd cycle (I will include previous cycles below). And I am torn on what I should run, I have an idea but want some advice. I have been lifting for about 7 years in total. I have been going extremely hard the past 2 years but I am just not happy with where I am at. I have dialed in my nutrition for a long time now and I am just not where I’m wanting to be. You can flame me for being younger (25) and starting but I already made the choice to a long time ago so here we are, save the lecturing.

I’m 25, my first cycle was 250 sus @ 10 weeks, my second cycle was 500 sus @ 14 weeks w/ 30mg var for 6 weeks.

I want to move over to test e or test c but do not know how much or how long I should. The sus results were decent, but not extremely effective for me and my goals. My dieting is near perfect with me being in a calorie deficit currently. I am trying to lower my BF before starting my next cycle to gain lean mass currently. I am already pretty lean sitting at 170 at about 11% BF at 5,8 height.

I am wanting to do a test e or test c cycle. While adding in primo or mast prop. I do not want to gain extreme amounts of muscle (I am more on the aesthetic side, I do not want to be a mass monster but no hate whatsoever). I just want to gain a little extra lean muscle size since I am on the shorter side (I know don’t flame me). I have done my research extensively on both but just want you alls idea on what could be a better cycle. This is just my idea I have not gone through with anything just yet. Just wanting to be smart and plan this out well before hand.

My idea is:
300-500mg test e/c (pin twice week) @ 14 weeks
30mg of var @6 weeks
100mg -250mg of mast prop (for anti estrogen effect)@14 weeks or
100mg -250mg of primo @14 weeks

How strong are you?

  • Bench press
  • Squat
  • Overhead press

Stats:

Bench: 245

Squat: 315 (I never squat though)

Press: I only shoulder dumbbell press @ 65lb

To be honest, since I have been cutting, my weights have definitely been decreasing with my energy as well (which is expected). But I am ready to start gaining. I weighed this morning at 164 actually.

This makes sense. I have found that around 15% body fat is the sweet spot for looking beach good and still make strength gains (which mean muscle mass gains.)

But it is critical that you are always getting sufficient protein in order to make muscle hypertrophy gains. I ate six meals per day with each meal having a minimum of 40 grams of protein. I probably averaged 50 grams of protein per meal.

Yeah man I would actually like to gain up to like 180-185 lean with a higher BF. I look too skinny and my weights are going down. I love the extremely skinny lean look. But I need size now and I honestly look worse at power BF.
