I’m wondering if anyone has done something similar.
I’m trying to do the Anabolic Diet, but with a lot of emphasis on cutting, for $50 a week.
I know that, the Anabolic Diet is already emphasized on cutting, so perhaps I should just stick with it as is.
Anyways, as for the $50 dollars a week, I think that is reasonable but perhaps somewhat on the cheap side.
Is that enough cash? Anyone have a grocery list they do for $50 a week?
I need to read it but… do guys supp fatty foods in your diet to boost test?
Guacomole, peanut butter scoop, cheese, unflavored yogurt, bagna cauda…shot of oil?
I’ve found this to be helpful myself, I emphasized eating oils and saw a real increase in test levels.
Unfortunately, I didn’t keep my carbs low, so, haven’t cut at the same time…ha.
