5 Points Gym - Wendler-6 Back Raises

Hi Jim,

What equipment do you use for your Wendler-6 Assistance low back work at 5 Points Gym?

I’m deciding on future purchases for my basement gym. I currently anchor my feet with the power rack and hump the top of a large stability ball to do back raises. Thinking GHR would allow back raises and more use for future stuff.

We do Island Hypers. Lay across kitchen island, strap weight to ankles, do work. Nothing fancy but 100-200 reps will do the trick.
Pair this with hanging leg raises (straight) and weight vest ab wheel = good times.

Island hypers sound like the solution I need, My gym membership expires soon and my new homeset up is complete,except for the void of back raise,this solves it.Thanks.
