Like above said you lost weight, also youve been at it 5 friggin months bro. Keep at it for 5 years and then you’ll have a chest or youve been doing something way wrong.
Hang in there and don’t let the negative guys get to you. Sure it takes years to sculpt a really good physique. But you can have a decent body in far less time than 5 years time.
You look like you’ve made some great progress so far.
Just remember eat, lift and sleep. Repeat until desired results are achieved

How can you even say that? There is no visible diffrence other than being more skinny than he started.
No one here is telling him to F off and infact if he responded to any of this, which I am sure he will later, we are all more than willing to give advice and help out to the best of our knowledge.
He obviously wanted our opinion.
I don’t belive in giving praise when none is warrented. And in this case he needs to be critized so he understands tha what he is doing is obviously not working.
Look at my back in both pictures, you can see that it is larger in the second shot. There is more development in the traps area and the delts. I’m as lean as I’ve ever been.
I used to be a fat ass at 220 lbs, standing at only 5’7. I’m now 5’7, 158ish and can run 3 miles in 18:40.
I wish I could eat more, but as a prospective Marine Corps Officer, I have to be mobile and being lean is the best way I can meet their requirements and get through the training that I have next Summer in Quantico.

Thank god they give you a gun because hand to hand combat is going to suck at 158lbs. Fuck, maybe Canada can take the US in a war. I am good for at least 5 of you skinny bastards.
Comments like that are reprehensible. You are a lowlife for even saying something that dross. Go eat some more ground beef and do a couple more squats. You know, because SIZE IS EVERYTHING.
How about you join the Marines, so I can LEAD you into battle, as I will be doing at some point as a 22 year old Lieutenant.

Are you kidding? I was a lot smaller.
No, are you kidding…because you’re still small and chose to DROP weight. Anyone not telling you that your approach is off is feeding you a line of bullshit. You seem all too ready to eat it up though.
In five months, you managed to lose 5lbs yet are claiming such a HUGE transformation in body composition. Sorry to inform you that it isn’t visible. You looked better before you dropped the weight, and in five months, could have actually made some real progress. But hey, you wanted praise. At least one other person gave that to you for no reason so now you can die happy.

Before you can lead anyone you would need to be someone others would even care to follow. Your rank alone won’t even earn your respect in the military outside of protocol. Throwing it around at civilians just makes you seem that much more childish.

And I have what it takes to be a respected leader, because I’m intelligent enough to know to follow my NCO. My point was that this guy is taking potshots at me, but isn’t doing the real deal.
You know what they say? One motivated man is worth more than 10 unmotivated men.
And if anyone else who posted in here can run 3 miles in 18:40, I’d be happily surprised.

The “real deal.” HAHAHAHHAH
Wow, you’re a fucking douche and an arrogant one at that. Nobody who says “I have what it takes to be a respected leader” EVER earns my respect. Don’t be surprised if others follow the same suit.

Jump off a cliff.
Yeah, “the real deal” as in, signed the papers and committed to military service.
You can shout your insults from the stands while I make the plays on the field.

You will pose a real threat to yourself and others in Iraq. I wouldn’t be surprised if one of your soldiers shot you in the back. Adjust that attitude before it gets someone hurt.
