5 Months Progress Update

Hey everyone, I just thought I’d share with you my progress after 5 months of better dieting, lifting, and running.

I weigh 160 lbs, compared to 165 before, but the difference in body composition is noticeable.

I still can’t seem to get my upper chest to “pop out” or to totally rid of my loose skin/layer on my abs.

Anyway, I think there has been some good progress.

First. What was your goal? Was it to lose 5 lbs? If so Why?

Also nothing is popping out and you have loose skin because you lack muscle mass. Try eating and lifting.

Like above said you lost weight, also youve been at it 5 friggin months bro. Keep at it for 5 years and then you’ll have a chest or youve been doing something way wrong.

Hang in there and don’t let the negative guys get to you. Sure it takes years to sculpt a really good physique. But you can have a decent body in far less time than 5 years time.

How can you even say that? There is no visible diffrence other than being more skinny than he started.

No one here is telling him to F off and infact if he responded to any of this, which I am sure he will later, we are all more than willing to give advice and help out to the best of our knowledge.

He obviously wanted our opinion.
I don’t belive in giving praise when none is warrented. And in this case he needs to be critized so he understands tha what he is doing is obviously not working.

Look at my back in both pictures, you can see that it is larger in the second shot. There is more development in the traps area and the delts. I’m as lean as I’ve ever been.

I used to be a fat ass at 220 lbs, standing at only 5’7. I’m now 5’7, 158ish and can run 3 miles in 18:40.

I wish I could eat more, but as a prospective Marine Corps Officer, I have to be mobile and being lean is the best way I can meet their requirements and get through the training that I have next Summer in Quantico.

Actually I thought your traps,lats and delts looked better in the before picture.

Thank god they give you a gun because hand to hand combat is going to suck at 158lbs. Fuck, maybe Canada can take the US in a war. I am good for at least 5 of you skinny bastards.

In five months, you managed to lose 5lbs yet are claiming such a HUGE transformation in body composition. Sorry to inform you that it isn’t visible. You looked better before you dropped the weight, and in five months, could have actually made some real progress. But hey, you wanted praise. Before you can lead anyone you would need to be someone others would even care to follow. Your rank alone won’t even earn your respect in the military outside of protocol. Throwing it around at civilians just makes you seem that much more childish.

And I have what it takes to be a respected leader, because I’m intelligent enough to know to follow my NCO. My point was that this guy is taking potshots at me, but isn’t doing the real deal.
