I don’t do powercleans and front squats. Btw is it normal that my deadlift is better than other lifts?
This is more than just intermediate, and yes, it is normal to deadlift more than other lifts
More than intermediate would imply you’re advanced. You clearly aren’t advanced by any stretching of the term. I would suggest you’re barely intermediate. Having to ask whether it’s normal for your deadlift to be strongest further reinforces this. I’m not saying this to knock you, or bring you down, but you need to have a realistic assessment of where you are.
I’m not stupid, I know that my deadlift can’t be equal to my bench or squat. I just think that it’s MUCH more bigger, that’s why I’m asking.
According to his, my deadlift should be about 30lbs ligher to be equal to my other lifts
Then I apologise, that’s not how it came across to me. You’re obviously not weak, you just need to realise that the standards on this site are extremely high. The world record for the big three are now all into 4 figures. When you see this as the size of the goal post, most of us are beginners, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
It’s ok
I think it’s not fair to compare, because those 4 figure records are definitely on juice, and probably equipped.
Probably yes, so? If you were geared in either sense, would you be able to lift those numbers?
No, but i just mean that it’s not fair to compare, because i’m on none of these gears. It’s like comparing stock car to tuned car. Obviously, stock will be slower, but it’s not good comparison
Do you feel like the major difference between yourself and the world record holders is the gear? Or do you think there might be more important reasons for the massive difference in weights lifted?
I see you don’t get my point
I feel you don’t get mine. That’s ok. Work hard and enjoy your progress.
