so guys i started the 5/3/1 program hoping to make some strength gains to have a solid base when doing hypertrophy work the is i choose 5/3/1 because it seemed like something different than the basic 5*5 .i ve been training for 9 months for now and i just finished the first cycle off the 5/3/1 but i heard that a more linear base program would be better for a beginner i don t even know if i am considered a beginner since i think my form is pretty good and i have some basic strength levels
-bench press:40kg7
-squat:60kg10
-deadlift:70kg10
-press:20kg7
height:175cm weight:64kg(so i m pretty lean)
DISCLAIMER:(I DIDN T COUNT THE WEIGHT OFF THE BAR CAUSE I DON T THINK IT IS AN OLYMPIC ONE CAUSE IT S TOO LIGHT SO I DON T KNOW HOW MUCH IT WEIGHS)
-i would like to know if i should continue with the 5/3/1 or switch to another strength program until i achieve better records cause seriously it is still mediocre and thanks.
