Jim, I’m trying to follow the program you laid out in the 2nd edition, but wanting to do 4 days/week (M:squat, T:Press, Th:Deadlift, F:bench). Would you recommend this as an option if lower body & upper body exercises are kept separate (similar to the split for assistance exercises on the non-crossfit versions)? IE, on squat & deadlift days, only including the squat & hinge movements in the metcon; then on bench & press day only include push & pulls? Thanks!
