2 Days a Week, Also Doing CrossFit

Jim, I have read both of your 5/3/1 books.

Right now my week looks like this
Mon - Squat/Bench
Tues - CF
Wed - rest
Thurs - Deadlift/Press
Fri - CF
Sat - CF
Sun - rest

CF days, I am not doing strength work. I am doing a lot of metcons, rowing, some prowler, etc. These are not 20-30min metcon ball busters, these are fairly standard 8-15 minute WODs.

I have been doing the standard 5/3/1 with light assistance work for the past 6 weeks. Started at 80% TM and feel great and feel like I am making good progress.

With that said… thoughts on moving to 5/3/1 BBB? Should I just STFU and stick to 5/3/1 2 day plan and give it another 6 MONTHS?
