What are the conditioning options you have chosen to go with while using 5/3/1? i started pushing the prowler with 90lbs on it for 10- 40 yard sprints and im thinking i need to add weight or do more reps, just wondering how or what options you guys choose or have chosen , i know he gives several options thanks
The easiest answer is as long as it dosent interfere with your big 4 lifts. I know thats broad as hell but generally go “easy” the day before legs and go “hard” the day of legs. For example, Upper body days I just walk two miles. Lower Body days I do hill sprints. But if your already in “good” condition then walking might be enough for ya.
Im likin the prowler thou, its fairly quick and i think it has me feelin better in only 4 workouts with it!! how much weight do most of you guys on it?
