Hi Jim, just about to begin 5/3/1 using the bodybuilding template from your site. I saw on elite fts that you do condone the use of supersets for extra volume. I am wondering If i am looking for extra chest and back volume would it be ok to add 2 excercises of back to bench press day and 2 of chest to deadlift day?
