Big Willie that is some INCREDIBLE Bench Pressing.
You are a BEAST!
Great job!

Unbelievable benching. You mind giving us some background? Like how long you’ve been lifting and what things have hindered you the most? Also, what do your other lifts look like?

Quick question here: In those videos, you’re noticeably bouncing the weight off the chest. Now, I’m not real familiar with the rules in most PLing comps, but does that fly in comp, or do you tighten it up in the lower half of the movement?

Also, I like that you’re rocking Atlarge. I used to frequent the wannabebig forums before coming here, and I learned quite a bit over there. Do they sponsor you or anything?

Great job, but I’m willing to bet that was at least 500 if you weighed the plates.

And yes, I once weighed plates like a douche to get a pr one day. Great lifting!

He’s just letting the weight sink in before he presses it. It’s not really bouncing. Willie is just thick.

It’s a legal rep if you let the weight stop on your chest, then press as soon as you get the signal.

ah, I see. I’ll keep that in mind.

Man, you look very calm and relaxed before lift-off. That is neat.

Awesome! I like that fact that it’s a back flat on the bench lift with that kind of weight.

D

I see you did this in Kentucky. Where at?

wow some huge benchers coming out of nowhere recently, impressive lifts.

Wow, huge freaking bench there Willie.

See your At-Large shirt, you sponsored by or work with Chris Mason and those guys? You compete?

Forget that, just saw the at-large link

Why does your spotter grab your pecs each time?

I don’t like to arch. I like the feeling of support from the back on the bench.

Thanks a lot,
