Sorry guys I didn’t mean to storm into this forum acting like a douche bag or whatever. [/quote]

Yes you did.
No one will take an ‘article’ you write seriously now, your credibility is already fucked.

And X2 on what Way said. It’s not an article. It’s a forum post. If you actually have a college degree, you already know you need to cite your sources. You’re obviously too lazy to do this, or the information you’re putting out is so general that it really doesn’t need to be sourced. Or it’s false/unproven. I don’t intend to read it, because all of these possibilities are equally shitty.

So the OP is apologizing for being a D bag seeking attention, and then includes a link for more of his shit right after. lmao come on, not many people on this website are gonna be taking advice form a 150 pound man. Trust me, I’m only 170lbs 5"7’ and I already see that nearly all of the lifting websites dont care about your 6 pack if you arent 185 or more. And I can respect that, its easy to have a 6 pack at a low weight, super easy. that is why I post vids of lifts not of me posing, because I know a bodybuilder doesnt wanna be the size of a high school kicker! But then again I am a powerlifter/track athlete, and not a bodybuilder so posing is never in consideration haha. But anyway I am not going to take advice on how to lift more or jump higher from someone that cant do near what I can do. So if you are tying to be a guy that gives advice on bodybuilding, then you need to start building your body!
