It made me feel realy good to know that his plan to tell people he squats 500lbs not only failed, but he also got hurt.
The sad thing is these kids dont even know they are lieing, they probably think high squats are paralel and that spotted benching is “all them”, this is another reason I hate these kids. Because they will fight with you about it when you call them a liar.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I’m genuinely curious to know what the thought process was that went through your head when you made this post. I’m trying to think of an explanation that makes sense, but nothing is coming to mind. I’ll sleep on it an let you know.

You didn’t know?! That’s his minor

But good lord what if he tries to video tape himself squatting 500 to prove us all wrong and gets squished like a cockaroach??
I’d kinda feel bad. Peer pressure is a beatch at that age!
Don’t worry. He wouldn’t be able to unrack the weight. Of course I just watched that video and if he uses a Smith machine …

Might have to change it to my major if my female business calculus professor doesn’t take her strap on out of my ass. I can feel it thoracic cavity lately.

Damn, I knew I should have picked a different profession.
In a 4 month span, since starting a training course for rugby, I dropped from 245lbs-185lbs. My bench press went from 100lbs-260lbs(3rm), squats from 200lbs-500(not 3rm). I’m starting power-lifting at a 350lbs deadlift and a 150lbs clean&press. All from a fitness program at school, starting protein shakes, and cutting junk food out of my diet at 17yrs old.

Makes you smile dosent it?
That could have been that guy at school or at work or the friend of a friend who tells people he squats 500lbs and is stronger than you.
Now he gets to be that guy who brags about what he could do before he got hurt, you know, the highschool/college guy who played football and did highsquats and spotted benches and claims world records for both lifts… before he hurt him self that is.
I wish there were more video’s of people trying to do a bullshit lift getting hurt.
lol yah its obvious he is lying but really is it anything new? I’m so used to seeing hugely inflated #'s doesn’t even bother me. If they want to lie to themselves so be it they will still look like crap and most people don’t care about lifting #'s anyways.
There is this one guy in my gym who claims to squat 255, so I saw him load the 45, 35 and 25 on each side and for 12 reps he did nothing but a fucking curtsy. The sad thing is, he thinks he is doing it right, and the 3 people spotting all gave him high kudos for it as well. I don’t remember being that dumb when I was a teenager, which was only one year ago.
C’mon OP, come back, I bet you’re still reading all this…post again I wanna hear what oyu have to say.

First off, fuck you for being another one of those teenagers who lies about thier lifts and takes away from those who actualy do workout. Im so damn sick of hearing these kids braging about high squats and spotted benches.
Yes, fuck you, bitch.
Nice job loseing the weight, but your lifts are bullshit, high squats, spotted bench, probably hex or hithced deadlift.
Even if this is just another troll, this post was by far one of the funniest I’ve ever read. It only took 4 words for me to bust out laughing. Thanks for the fantastic laugh which made it take about 5 minutes to read your whole post.
