I am doing a single serving of 4-adec for 8 weeks. My question is in regards to the proper timing of taking it, i work out in the afternoon so i was wondering if I should take before my workout or take it when i wake up. Does it matter???
I take it in the morning, a few hours before I work out. Since it’s supposed to last for 24h, i think a few hours isn’t going to make a difference.
It is recommended in the morning. This way it is less T suppresive at lower doses. This is the recommendation by Bill Robert awhile back. He talked about mild cycles etc. The best time to take the lower doses is in the morning.
