3rd Cycle Help

This is my first post, but i study this site often. Need some advice from some guys with experience on planning my 3rd cycle.
I just finished a 6 week test e (400mg)cycle. I front loaded 200 mg test prop for the 1st two weeks.
Two weeks after last pin, i started nolva (25mg)/clomid (50mg).
The clomid gives me crazy anxiety attacks.

I messed up my 2nd cycle pretty bad. for the first two test e pins, because i switched pin gauges to a 3ml, but i did not calculate the difference of CC. I pinned 2.5 cc twice in a week of test E 400.

I did not notice any major issues, besides, intense bed soaking night sweets for about 10 days, heavy acne and very oily skin. I am going to get blood work in a few days.
My Stats:
43
6’ & 225lb w/ 23% bf
Training (for real) for three years.
Weight train a minimum of 3 (x) a week
Swim 1000 yards twice a week on off-days

1st cycle was Sust (400) & Test prop (200) for 8 weeks.
i did no pct besides, otc supplements after 1st cycle.

Results were amazing strength gains & libido increased.
i bulked up to 238lb, but i felt bloated with water.

2nd cycle was test E (400) & Test prop (100) for 6 weeks. I had to stop early due to unforeseen circumstances. (some bastard broke in & stole my gear bag by mistake)
Currently on pct nolva/clomid 50/50/50/25/25/25

I want to pre-plan next cycle & get it right this time.
I have on hand the following:
Test prop (200mg)
deca (500mg)
Tren ace (200mg)
sus (400mg)
anavar
HCG 5000 iu
clomid
nolva
adex (1mg)

based on what i have on hand how should i proceed?

WTF? Why do you have so many drugs? You don’t need any of them. You need diet and proper training. You have no idea what you are doing with AAS. There are so many things wrong with what you have stated above.

Do more research.

i read that you should have ALL gear on hand before you start a cycle.I was just providing all that i have on hand. I never said i was planning on using all at the same time, or any time soon for that matter.

and you are 100% correct. i have little knowledge of AAS, which is the reason i am on this site.

As far as diet & training i started this journey 4 years ago at 185 lbs due to a serious stomach illness. after surgery i ballooned up to 250lb with over 35% BF.

That being said i am 43. I am not looking to get freaky big. I want lean mass and to get a cut look.

Do you have any meaningful suggestions based on what i have on hand.

Any positive advice is greatly appreciated.

I haven’t been on this site long, but one thing I have learned is that if you obviously have not done much research, you will get lots of negative responses. I will be as respectful as possible in my answer, however the lack of research shown in your post is startling.

First off, there are different types of esters that testosterone can be suspended in. Test E (enanthate) is an oil based ester that takes somewhere between 4-6 weeks to reach peak levels. You stated that you ran a 6 week cycle of Test E. Problem here is that you ended the cycle before it really had a chance to begin, resulting in shutdown, with no chance to reap benefits of elevated testosterone.
Granted, you “front loaded” with test prop for two weeks. Which is a short ester that reaches peak levels in a matter of a few days to a week. Also a side effect of test E, as well as other esters in water retention. Which is where Arimitose inhibitors come into play.(Arimidex, aromasin, etc.)

You basically sent your hormones on a roller coaster ride.
Anytime you increase a hormone in your body, it responds by trying to match levels with the opposite hormone, which would be estrogen.

Cycle should be 10-12 weeks minimum in my opinion when running longer esters. (test enanthate, test cypionate)
Using prop or shorter esters can be run in the 8 week range.

I see that you have adex on hand, but do you know how to take it? What dosages? How frequently? You never mention using it in either of your cycles.

Most importantly, DIET and CARDIO get you a “cut look,” not AAS. I have seen plenty of guys run gear for years and not once ever look like they stepped into a gym.

I would spend several months reading everything you can on the subject, while getting my bodyfat down to below 15% before cycling again. I don’t mean read about cycles either. I mean read about half lifes of different compounds, side effects, protocols for AI and pct, and dosages. Also find a diet that suits you where you get 1g of protein per lb of body weight and 1g-1.5g of carbs per lb of body weight.

Also, if you plan to cycle on and off rather than stay on permanently, I suggest staying off for atleast as long as your entire cycle including pct.

You hit the nail on the head as i have been reading all these sites for months. It is SO confusing when you read different theories. it creates a “rabbit hole” affect (hence the reason i have a-lot of different gear on hand)chasing after a perfect planing cycle.

I actually started studying the half-life & compound structures more prudently after my last mishap.
Based on my PCT schedule and time off i wont cycle again until late January, so i am really trying to plan it perfectly.

According to my research, my stated long-term goals and advice from some experienced bro’s, i will most likely do short cycles 6 week on-6 week off. (see posting on short cycle benefits)
