Ya I think I’m probably pretty close right off the bat, but my body at this point isn’t a big fan of 1 rep maxes, I’ve battled alot of non gym related injuries over the years, I’ve got pins in three joints, and lived pretty hard up until recently, so now I like to take 6 week cycle, and build to a 1 rep day. The rest of the year I train in 8s, 5s, and 3s, leaving a couple reps in the tank, and getting lots of volume, anyway I’m pretty sure I can get 365 in 6 weeks, just got to dedicate a cycle to it. Resurrecting an old thread after hitting 315x5, and then x4, x4 on my next two sets last night. Getting awfully close, if not already there.
I’ll join in this as well. 340 comp is best 350 touch and go so getting here.
I hadn’t seen this thread in awhile. I was under 300 when this was originally posted, most recent max was 325. bodyweight low 180’s.
Hit 330 paused this month and 295x3 paused. I’m in.
Ah what the hell I’m in, hit 325 tng a couple months ago but need to work on getting my bench back up since its been dragging recently
I’ll get in on this too. I hit 340 t&g a few weeks ago. I’m about 184 in the AM.

Ive hit 315 x2 recently and feel as tho 325 would be my current max.
Getting closer. Hit 340x2 on Oct 9th, and then 300x7 on Oct 16th. Should be solidly at 365 in 5 weeks at the end of this cycle, if not already there now.
I’m in. Hit 315x 3 and 335x 1 felt awesome and completely collapsed unde 365 2 weeks ago.
I also want to hit 365. Maybe next year I will hit it. I am at 315 to the 3-Board consistently and down to the 2-Board a few times. I am getting a consistent 275lbs to the 1/2-Board (which is 3/4 inch off the chest).
A month ago I benched 345 for the first time. Last night I hit 375 and grinded out 400. I just started training with a powerlifting team last week and learned how to bench as a power lifter. Adding 50lbs with technique and coaching. Made my day.
best is 335, hit 315 for 5 last week, im in
Ozzy your a strong dude. It will come. 5-6 reps at 315 is a fair depiction of get to to 365 soon…

I’m 6 feet, 6 ft 4 inch wing span and a maybe about a 12 inch bench range of motion. about the same as my deadlift. How bad can yours be? And is that the secret to your great deadlift?
I’m not gonna ruin it dane, your just gonna have to wait and see haha. And my deadlifts i attribute to having huge nuts as well as being pissed off all the time. Also hitting round back good mornings at basically my squat weight helps. Remember if a deadlift doesnt get off the ground its impossible to grind out a lockout
