350 lbs Bench Possible for Everyone

I want to be a dad eventually. How have you in your households treated candy, sweets and pastries? And junk food? I grew up with candy being restricted to weekends and I’m such a binger but I’m not at all convinced that alone explains it. To be honest I think that we ate until stuffed rather than satisfied at every meal had a much greater impact.
