330 x 5 Deadlift

Is that a Mass Effect hat?

Yes

congrats? Did you want a critique? A pat on the back? Dont understand how people still miss the training personal records threads or just wanna be that guy that starts a new thread for sub god-like lifts.

I shrug and then laugh. Be good.

LOL

If you’re looking for a critique, you stiff leg the last 2 reps and hitch.

Noted, thanks.

I guess I could probably pull a lot more if I wasn’t stiff leggin’ it eh?

I like scrubbers with 10k posts online that act condescending expecting people to know all the rules of internet lifting like they do. Too pro, wish I had a 10k internet lifting total myself

Nice pull, and also, nice hat.

Last rep looked a little rough but I guess thats what happens when people max out?

This guy is not impressed with your deadlifts :

LOL @ negativity in this thread.

Good on you Solid for pulling 330lb for 5, btw was it a PR?

lol @ Field.

@ Flor yes it was! I think I hitched slightly on the last rep, but I still got the darn thing up. The week after I did something crazy like 285 or 295 for 10 also.

Hangin’ and bangin’ on the Titanic…

Good work. I would recommend keeping your hips lower from the beginning of the pull. Should make it easier to avoid stiff-legging it. I also find it makes it easier to maintain your arch.

Sounds good. I’ll be pulling again tomorrow, will give it a go.

Shouldn’t this be in the beginners forum?
