i read your pm. i wish you lots of luck in your quest to obtain a phenominal body like cheick kongo. you must know that you are YEARS away from that level at this point. you say you work hard and that may very well be true but all i have to go by is one picture and honestly i don’t see it.

Do you really run a 4.6 forty at your size? Personally I am skeptical especially given your physique…Keep in mind the most athletic LB’s and DE’s in the NFL run a 4.6.
But if Im wrong, all the more to you. The fastest I ever ran was 4.67 and that was as a skinny freshman.

XVSanta, No. I do not run a 4.6 forty right now, if you follow the thread you’ll see it’s what I ran in college, which I graduated from 9 years ago!! I haven’t timed a sprint in ages. Someone else had asked how I played a DE at only 220lbs 6’4"?

3 years??? using 80mg of T-bol too??? LOL I hate to say it, but as a female who has been training 6 months I have left you in the dust as far as ‘gains’ and I’m a 32 year old mom with probably .05 free testosterone in my blood…

To say that your post was out of date and pointless would also be a gross understatement.
I see a foundation that you can build on and the fact you have experience in the past of getting into shape, being in shape, and training hard will give you a obvious advantage. The rest is proper nutrition/rest/and the application of cardio when possible. Good luck.
I believe a strong reason for the low ratings will be the body-fat that covers your frame.

Tawney, that’s great! I’m glad you are doing so well. I’m glad to see someone in their 30’s that is getting it done. But, how do you know what I gained if I didn’t post a before pic??? Just curious… Either way good luck with your training.

Sorry i couldn’t respond quicker, I was at the gym.
Iron & Kinein thanks for the support. My diet has changed dramtically, I first tried under 30 carbs a day but that just doesn’t fly with squats 3X a week (Still doing 5x5’s).
The lowest I can go without feeling like total crap is between 100-150 per day. I’ve also dropped my calories to 2800. When I get back into my next cycle I will ramp back up the calories and carbs to feed the growth.
I have dropped down about 5lbs of what I believe to be bodyfat, as I haven’t lost any strength gains. It’s starting to work, thanks all for the advice. I’ll keep my profile updated and when I get about 1/2 way to where I want to be I will repost new pics.
