Is 30-30-30 a reasonable follow up to the Extreme HIT 30-10-30 eBook Program?
I’m really liking this method and I’m having trouble finding what to do next.

Not Dr Darden, but have tried your suggested route of training. In short, you may continue with 30-30-30 after a period of 30-10-30. What you will experience is that 30-30-30 is a great “strength driver”, where you can add significant weight over time on this rep strategy (and so you should).
This can in turn be of benefit when/if you return to 30-10-30, then using heavier weights than before. As strength precedes gains, you will reap this benefit.
I view 30-30-30 as more of a meditative rep style. Some people get bored by it - but if you’re really into focused reps it’s a good way to go. Adding weights it will surely get your attention.
Best of luck! Please come back here and report your thoughts on 30-30-30.
Ah! And before you try 30-30-30 for a period up to 3 months - May I recommend you shock your system with Big Jim’s plateau breaker for one session? I really liked this one as a divider between programs.
Thanks man! This is the info I was looking for. Much appreciated.
