3 Months of Lifting & Eating Clean


I went from 225 to 198 in 3 months and put on a little muscle.

Congrats. Do you plan on bulking this time? You’re at about 20% bodyfat right now.

The way I see it…

The Bad:

Need more chest. Need lower bodyfat.

The Good:

Nice shoulders. Nice small waist.

Thanks man! I actually want to cut down to 175 and bulk up to 185. I think i’m at about 25% based on my measurements.
