These are my most recent pictures. Just coming off a long ass cut. Started cutting in February and couldn’t be strict with the diet for a long time. Going to start bulking in September to add some mass.
It looks like you did a good job, but may I ask why the cut?
You were already very lean. And why such a long cut…with so little to lose?

Good work dude. I’d say don’t go crazy with the bulk, try and put on some lean bodyweight before anything drastic
yes you need 2 but on mass but dont bulk up to fast go about 1 pound a week so you dont go fat there is a very good form to build mass on

I wanted to get cut for the summer - the cut took so long because I yo yo’d up and down. The fat came off quickly once I started being more strict with the diet. I may not look overly fat in the last picture but I certainly didn’t have abs at that point and that is what I wanted to achieve for the summer ![]()

Yea, you got pretty lean. Nice work. Now imagine how you would look 30 pounds heavier with around the same level of conditioning. You could be 12 months from looking top notch. Start gaining and keep us posted.
