250 to 212lbs, Increasing Strength

Back in march I decided to go on my first cut after learning that I wasn’t going to play football anymore.

I’ve gotten some compliments (several actually) that I have leaned down alot and toned up some.

I was wondering if I could get a body fat estimation in my before pic, and then in my after pic.

Since I started in March, somehow my max bench increased 10-15 lbs, my squat increased 20 lbs, and my military press increased 10 lbs…all this on a 500+ calorie per day deficit.

we need some pics that actually show off your body, these are all either two small, or to skewed.

How about a photo where your hands aren’t anywhere near your crotch? You looked like you needed to go to the bathroom really badly in the first photo.

no leg photos yet…camera is out of commission…would you recommend I keep cutting and lose the rest of this fat or bulk up and build more mass?
