Seriously, these guys are well known around here and are widely read via articles and books. Especially Dan John. His stuff reads like an old friend just talking to you.

I never read that book, but back in the early 90’s, I was painting pictures into the night EVERY night. I was so happy and every day felt like a Friday. I could have the worst day at work, but it didn’t matter because a “cleansing” evening of making art awaited me at home.
