Uhhh…“dianoballs” I can not find on the internet…
It’s awesome you saw the video, now the dianoballs should get you to be that way…just like in the video.

What does your diet look like?
What are your goals?
As long as you eat enough and sleep enough I don’t think you need to worry about overtraining.
Honestly, that routine is very basic. But if you put forth an effort in EATING while doing that you will see results.
If you are not getting stronger or bigger, you need to eat more food.
I totally disagree. For you this might work but for most people this will turn them into a fat ass. I can stuff my face with good food and yet still overtrain.
You totally disagree with what xb100 said?
So are you saying that you disagree that if you are not progressing (getting stronger or bigger) that diet might not be a likely reason why?
Or are you disagreeing with him that the routine is very basic? Or that he won’t have to put forth an effort at the table to see results?
Honestly I think that xb100 gave the guy some pretty decent advice.
First he asked him what his diet and goals are like, both very relevant and important questions.
Then he stressed the importance of eating enough to support growth and strength progression.
I really don’t see what is disagreeable about that advice.
If you are disagreeing about the overtraining comment, then I might agree with you, especially for the average person. It’s still possible to overtrain even if you eat a shit load and get a good night’s sleep every night.
But, I don’t think that xb100 was suggesting that overtraining wasn’t possible, just that he didn’t think that the OP had to worry about it on this program. Maybe I’m wrong about that though.
I think his point was to try to get the OP to stop obsessing about whether or not he was overtraining, since in reality very few people actually train hard enough, consistently enough to actually reach an overtrained state. Much more suffer from undertraining, probably partly due to the fear of overtraining.
Wasn’t there a thread about the Barbarian Brothers recently which addressed this issue?

Thx cuz i can lift heavy weight but cant get no muscle…my dumbell press is like 50kg per arm my quad is 200kg 15 reps …im using protein and nitric creatine ester .
You DB press 50kgs but you’re not gaining any size?
Sure. because when I started lifting, I pressed about 15kgs. Now I press around 40kg. You better believe I added size on that progression.
If what you’re saying is true (which I don’t think it is) you still need to be lifting more weight, or more reps, or more sets or with less rest every training session. You need to overload your body.

How long have you been training? What’s your current height/weight? What was your starting weight?
Honestly, unless you truly have maxed out your natural genetic potential, and/or have everything else optimally in place I wouldn’t suggest going the “dianoballs” route. If you can squat 200kg 15 times that’s a pretty good amount of strength. So, it would seem that you either were very strong to begin with or have added a lot of strength since you started.
If it’s the later and you are actually doing squats and not really heavy slight knee bends/straightens, then you should have put on a substantial amount of mass onto your lower body from doing this. If not, then it’s your food/diet that needs to be addressed and steroids will not fix this.
If your squats look like this, then you can’t really squat 200kg x 12:
If your squats look like this, then you can really squat 200kg x 12 and your problem is most likely your diet:
Thx yall…i’ve got the strength but its that weigth gainig…i think that im not eating what im suppose to eat…where can i find a good eating plan?
And my calves they dont seem to grow…for about 6 weeks now…
