just to chime in on epehdrine. I think that the media makes the public think it’s a killer and some bb’s make other lifters think it’s like vitamin c. The truth is in between. Ephedrine is safe if used as prescribed but can be dangerous in the face of pre-existing conditions and over use. Continual use for over 6 weeks, then stopping can really stress the adrenals and cause a kind of nervous system burnout…It can also aggrevate existing prostatitis…
I like ventolin pills 4-16mg/day better than clen or ephedrine… It just doesn’t give me sides and does work on my fat. I also love the hot rox and t-3/2 as long as the t-2/3 are not run to high or too lone… I like t3 for only the last 3-4 weeks of cutting and then only up to 32.5mcg taper up and down…
not saying this is for all but I like it
Is the automatic wrist BP monitors accurate? Thanks.
It would be accurate if you used the same one everytime- because what you are looking for is a change in blood pressure- If the wrist monitor showed an elevation, you would want to go to the Dr. or get one of your fellow nursing students to check it for you at school.
Thanks…your always helpfull.
Good replys from everyone. Basically when I used T2 I did the same routine as one would do with T3. Start low, and every 3 days increase the dosage. I stayed at 6 caps a day for a few weeks and saw a visible reduction in bodyfat…although slight because I was not on a restricted calorie/food diet. But there was a very noticeable feeling of thermogenisis and while I was at work I would constantly soak my shirts from sweat. My upper back, shoulders and neck especially felt hot. I never got to do a full cycle because both times I either got sick or ran out of T2
Thanks TrenFreak. So you started at a moderate dose, every 3rd day incrased the dose until you reached your max dosage(600mg). You stayed on that for a few weeks then gradually decreased the dosage every 3rd day until you reached zero caps. Correct? What do you mean by not being able to finish cause you got sick? Was it the T2, the flu, cat scratch fever…what? Thanks again.
i personally would take the thermos and the T2 together NOT in alternating cycles.
my $0.02
Heres some food for thought
This is one of the effects of a hyperactive thyroid - excessive heat production. Over dosing can causea 'Thyroid storm’which is characterised by an accute case of high fever dehyration, tachycardia, delirium, and extreme irritability. Also it should be noted that an increase in thyroid causes stimulation to the adrenergic nervous system - this leads to the tachycardia, increased cardiac output, stroke volume, adrenergic responsiveness, and peripheral circulation.
An increase thryroid not only causes a negative nitrogen balance but can suppress gonadal hormones (Test) at the pituitary axis as seen in younger individuals with hypothyroidism as delayed or absent onset of puberty and in older individuals as decreased libido in both men and women accompanied by infertility and irregular menstrual periods.
Food for thought!

Thanks P-22.

That is good food for thought, although it seems slightly out of context. There is big difference between Excessive heat production…and Increased heat production. Obviously Excessive meaning “too much” which can lead to the side effects or problems that you mentioned. Although the idea of using such supplements is to Increase caloric expenditure through thermogenisis or by raising ones metabolic rate. A good indicating factor of both is increased body temperature, although slight it is noticeable.
Some think more is better, but in the case of Thyroid drugs/supplements it is not because of the possibility of so many side effects.
And back to your question, the first T2 cycle I did I ended up getting the flu half way into it. The second cycle I did was with the remaining T2, so I ran out.
Thanks for your comments Tren-Freak. I think you highlighted a good point saying more is better than less.
oops I meant “less is better than more”
Thanks P-22 and TrenFreak, your help has been appreciated.
