Before i ask my question ill explain my situation
My time slots are basicly lunch which is about 50 minutes.
and the odd time theres a day off at school, ill go to the gym.(i get gym in the morning etc so ill get good cardio there.
but generally.
(Heres my question) ill need anything from a 3 or 4 or 5 day split that fits into the my time limit.
is there anything out there for that?
ps: Please dont skip out on intensity im still learning somewhat but if it calls for intensity then let me have it.
prefer to hit my body parts (major ones at least) twice.
