This is video of 2nd cycle of third week rep maxes. I didn’t deload after first cycle and am regreting it now. I feel totally wiped out, so I’m definitely deloading this week for sure. The squat and deadlift is down I think becausse of the need to deload.

Strong as fuck. Yeah I’m getting that run down feeling, I did the exact same thing you did; I didn’t take my first deload. Definitely going to deload this time, my squat and deadlift are suffering. Also, I’ve never seen a deadlift like that from the side. You like tuck your knees under it…you hitching it? Still though, those are great numbers. Really impressive.
Yeah thats the strongman in me with the deadlift, its a definite hitch, bad for powerlifting but okay for strongman. I don’t plan on competing in PL anymore just strongamn and OL so I don’t have a problem with hitching. Also that is a fat bar on the press.
