Thanks, I’m 5’7 so I’m kind of short. My weight hasn’t changed much over the years but I keep getting better body recomp. I used to be 185 and a good deal higher bodyfat% and looked a ton smaller. Even weighing 215 with a higher bf% Amazing with how getting lean makes you look bigger…
