Comment: A good workout session today. The bench press was okay, and the deadlift was pretty easy.

- Bench press with narrow grip:

Comment: The squat was all too heavy today and the deadlift wasn’t ā€œa walk in the parkā€ā€¦

Comment: The deadlift was horrible today. I had nothing in me, but I think the workoutsession on saturday will be better…

Thanks, always nice to get some positive comments! Anyway; I’m not strong and certainly not fuckin’ strong, but some day I hope I’ll be able to move some serious weights…

Comment: Not the best trainingsession due to the fact that I hadn’t had a meal for some time, but I guess 150kg raw bench press would be a nice goal at the next powerlifting meet. Not in the best condition, but it’s the Nationals that count…

- One arm snatch:
Technique training with 25kg

Today I tried some one arm snatch with dumbbells, but the technique isn’t very good right now. When my technique gets better my first goal is 40kg, but 50 is the main goal. The reason why I try this exercise is that some friends of mine does it, and I can’t perform worse than them. It seems that every one does one arm snatch better than me, but I’ll show them… One day… I hope…

Nb! 35kg seems to be my ā€œ1rmā€ at the moment…

Comment: Easy weights due to a powerliftingmeet in a few days (saturday). Although the weigths are next to nothing, it still felt heavy today. I hope I don’t get sick or anything, but I did feel pretty hot earlier which isn’t a good thing. Anyway; we’ll see what happens on saturday…

Powerliftingmeet:
I deceided to lift raw today which means without wraps and suits. My bodyweight was 78,6kg, but I didn’t feelt very strong when I arrived at the gym. Anyway; this is how it went down…

Squat:

  1. lift: 190kg (good lift - nothing at all!)
  2. lift: 200kg (good lift - easy!)
  3. lift: 210kg (good lift, 10-20 kg to go!)

- Bench press:

  1. lift: 130kg (good lift - ok, but heavy)
  2. lift: 140kg (good lift - heavy)
  3. lift: 150kg (not a good lift - too heavy)

- Deadlift:

  1. lift: 215kg (good lift - nothing at all!)
  2. lift: 250kg (good lift - easy!)
  3. lift: 265kg (good lift - more to go!)

Comment: I’m pretty satisfied with the squat and deadlift, but the bench was horrible today.

Comment: Another session with light weights, but this time because I was told to prepare for some work today which would be tiresome, but this was cancelled so I could’ve squatted and deadlifted more…
