As for strength stats I live in East Europe so it will be kg:

solid as hell bro, keep on keeping on and keep us updated.
At 19 you have a great base. Keep it up. As far as BB vs. PL, they’re not mutually exclusive. Try both and see which one you like better. At your age you have plenty of time to decide.

Exactly what I was going to say!
Great build man. Looking solid.

I think if you go powerlifting, you don’t really care about how does your abs look, your biceps or any proportions, you go for maximum strength there, not aesthetics.
For a 19 year old that’s just insane.

19?!!! Damn good work!
I hope this kid is for real, and not another troll job to bring the whole powerlifter vs bodybuilder debate again… maybe it’s the black&white photos that has me thinking that
You look great for 19.
I’m also 19 years old but shit dude that’s damn impressive, you’ve been working out since 13, you started young.
What can you lift, I like how your legs are all beefed up as well.

You look great! I wonder what you lift raw?
Go for powerlifting! you will build lots of muscles as a powerlifter. Your biceps will get enough work from rows, your triceps will get more then enough from benching and boardpressing/lockouts. Your calves will be developed simply by walking with hundreds of kilograms on your shoulders.
Great work your legs are solid.

Yeah as soon as I saw you I knew east Europe. Good for you bro what you have is gift. If ya don’t mind - hight? You look great are you going to rip up to try and catch a teen title at 19? Or are you not interested?
Because you could. Do eat till it hurts and what? Because your probable going to have a little bit of a different diet from the west. Are ya jack up? supplements?
Thanx Kid
Chancho
I’m 180cm.
I haven’t been competing yet. BTW i guess its junior class 19-23 years, so i got time too. I plan to bulk this winter to get some serious mass about 120kg i hope. Then cut and see what comes out. ![]()
I guess the question about supplementation is not necessary in bodybuilding. U know, everyone who gets reasonable results uses the usual stuff and so…
Great Job, I hope to be at the same level as you when I turn 19.
wow your bench seems ridiculous compared to lower body, did you lift upper only early on?

What does that mean? Are you taking the usual stuff bodybuilders take?(steroids)
Wow. I’m seriously impressed.

When I was 17 i benched roughly 120kg but could make a deadlift of 190. I could not squat anything at that time, I just hated to squat… Then one year ago, i started to do squats and added about 100kg in a little more than 6 months…
BTW i could bench only 160 few months ago.
As far as i know in strength sports the gap between squat/lift and bench is quite a big for balanced lifters.
I gave you a 10…that’s impressive for most people, let alone at 19!! Keep it up ![]()
