mmm feeling like i’m loosing inspiration, uffff, i’m still down for having lost only 700gr last week, and i’ll be honest, i like girls (daaah), i mean, i really like them , and there is one in special, and that’s the very reason, that’s why i wanna lose this shit so fast, i’m really putting some effort, i’m sure next week will be better.
today i woke up, but it was raining really hard, so i couldn’t go out and hit the roads, but i stood home and made some complexes, they were far from enjoyable, i really didn’t like them , the worst part is that i know that i can up the intensity of those, and I’LL DO IT.

all exercises were done in a row, 2 minutes rest between sets of the complex, 5 total sets. next time i’ll go for 6 sets of 7 reps per exercise (all superseted). i hope this shit melt the fat down.
then around 4 pm i went to my boxing class, and i made rope skipping, shadow box, heavy bag, speed bag, some drills, and not much more, ohh yeah i did crunches, but each rep a partner dropped a little medicine ball over my belly, then i gave it back to him and so on, it was really nice.
