25 Days of Pain and Madness

mmm feeling like i’m loosing inspiration, uffff, i’m still down for having lost only 700gr last week, and i’ll be honest, i like girls (daaah), i mean, i really like them , and there is one in special, and that’s the very reason, that’s why i wanna lose this shit so fast, i’m really putting some effort, i’m sure next week will be better.

today i woke up, but it was raining really hard, so i couldn’t go out and hit the roads, but i stood home and made some complexes, they were far from enjoyable, i really didn’t like them , the worst part is that i know that i can up the intensity of those, and I’LL DO IT.

all exercises were done in a row, 2 minutes rest between sets of the complex, 5 total sets. next time i’ll go for 6 sets of 7 reps per exercise (all superseted). i hope this shit melt the fat down.

then around 4 pm i went to my boxing class, and i made rope skipping, shadow box, heavy bag, speed bag, some drills, and not much more, ohh yeah i did crunches, but each rep a partner dropped a little medicine ball over my belly, then i gave it back to him and so on, it was really nice.

that was a good session, i missed this day boxing session, i ate some tuna, but it had too much fat, and it made me feel sick, so i stood home and rest (yesterday).

now today’s training sessions.

on morning i woke up like at 8:00am, had my shake, and felt like doing some badass session, so i took some deep breaths, and ufffff.

boxing, well, i met a boxer, he’s a light weight, but he has like 45 fights under his belt, he knows his shit, and he invited me to train with him, mmm i gave it a try and WTF???, the mofo made me jump, made me do push ups, made me do sprints :), then he really showed me my weak points, he made me spar with a heavy guy, and wtf??, it was the first time i really felt a hook on my belly, shittt.

so, i loved that gym, the guy is really nice and he said that if i don’t learn to box properly in one month, i’ll get my money back, he also told me that he will make me lose at least 10kg.

well, really nice boxing session, i’m really excited about it, i can’t ask for more, i’ll give a 110% of me.

jesus, this exercise is so draining, and i really felt it on my hips and glutes.

I just got home, i went to box, i ran, then some shadow work (holding 2kg DB’s), rope skipping, hit the heavy bag, did push ups and abs. and that was all, it sounds easy, but it was a really hard session.

i think this kind of training will help me a lot to melt some fat, i feel really good, let’s see how i do on scale and with measuring tape on monday.

wow, i’m glad to contribute in something man, thanks, and yes, i have a positive outlook because i’m chasing a goal, i’m right behind it, i gotta tell my body what to do, what to expect, and as i’m doing something really hard, i gotta keep in mind why i’m doing it, so i can’t faint or quit.

guys, i had a bad night, yesterday i was really sick, i had a serious stomach ache, i was sweating, and i had an obvious need of carbs( non stop cravings), i had some soda and an instant soup, badddd ideaa!!.

i spent like 4 huours in the bathroom, i was feeling so bad that i forced my self to puke, several times i did this, i had diharrea, hoooo man, i was feeling really thisty so i had a gatorade, i couln’t eat, doc gave me some medicine and well, i was not feeling better.

today when i woke up i was craving for soda, i really couldn’t think about anything else, so i bought a litter of soda and drank it all, damnnnn, i felt really better, now i feel a lot better, i just have some diahrrea, i ate only a can of tuna (the tuna, not the can), and nothing else, i hope i get better (feeling almost recovered).

jaja weird story, and yes it feels bad, but i won’t lose courage, tomorrow you’ll see another post repoting how i did 5 or 6 reps with 170kg on DL, even if i do them at the hospital, jaja just kiding.

though it was a really great session, i think i’m going to the doctor anyway, my stomach still aching a lot, and when i stand i feel like puking, let’s see how i do, and if i feel a little bit better i’ll go to the box.


No furb thing

jaja this was the pic i was trying to upload, jesus it really hurted guys, my right hand with lots of chalk ripped of my furb thing. ouch

i weighted 109.3kg, that was a little weight loss, but my waist it’s mm from 123cm, and as i’m concerned more about waist size than actual weight, i’m good with it.

i’m still a little sick, diarrhea hasn’t stoped yet, i think thats why i’m having a lot of craving for carbs, i’ll take it easy this week, will have some carb, refeed my self and start over next week.

Are you drinking plenty of water?

Do you take any supplements? I’ve found some supplements contribute to diarrhea like creatine for instance. All you do is type in the type of supplement and diarrhea into google and see what you find.

thanks mrodock, yes i’ve been drinking a lot of water, and nope, i don’t take any supplement, it’s just a little infection, it’s almost over, the only trouble it’s that i’ve been craving carbs, lots of them, i searched a little, and found that as i’m not digesting nutrients well,i i can have some carbs, 'cause i’ve felt like shit these days, really tired.

As i said,i’m taking it easy on diet, and will start over on monday.

So, has the boxing effected your recovery from 5/3/1? Sounds like you enjoy it, did you feel sick when you boxed?

yeah man, i think tha all food i was getting was being wasted, but i think now i’m ok.

and mmm, i don’t think boxing affect my recovery, though i’m on a deficit i feel really good, and yes i definitely like boxing, my current coach has me doing lots of conditioning, and really working on technique. (i deload every cycle, so i always give my body a break).

i was feeling a little sick this week while boxing, but after warming up i felt really good, the bad part was after the session, i puked twice, that’s intensity, jaja.

then on evening i went to my boxing class, i went gor a long run, then i did a drill that my coach calls “squares”, you sprint and touch the edge of a square on the court, sprint back touch, then sprint to the 2nd square, go back, then srpint to the 3rd and so on. some rope skipping, shadow boxing, 1 set of 20 push ups, 1 set of 15. abs and not much else.

guys, i feel really dumb, i don’t know what to do, it’s just that i have this “attacks”. let me explain my self, when i started dieting i was 264lbs, stupidly and with a lot of imagination i thought that i would look lean at 220lbs, but now i’m sitting at 240lbs and still feeling like shit.

i’m still having a huge waist, mmm i’m really short of money these days, i can’t afford a BF% check, sometimes i “fear” i have too much fat in me, that i won’t look lean unless i lose another 60lbs or so, jesus, last year i really trained hard, i stupidly thought that i’d build some muscle.

mmm i know that tomorrow i’ll read this post, and will feel embarrazed for what i wrote, but it’s kinda killingme, i guess it’s a combo of what has happened to me last 2 weeks, fat loss stalled, i had diarrhea, i was puking, i was almost like forcing my self to complete training sessions, i was craving lots of food,

sometimes i look at the mirror and still looking the same, i really hate being this wat, feeling like this fucking hard road will never end.

Anyway, i’m not expecting you to reply guys, i just wanted to post how i feel. i’ll be posting my sessions, my diet, i’ll train my ass off, i really want to succeed, i really can’t wait to read this post in 2-4 months and say- damn, thank god i did it.

any tips or help it’s really appreciated, as i said i’ll try to post specific information, i won’t lie, i won’t cheat, what would be the fucking point of lying to you guys anyway?, i’m doing this for me, if i succeed i won’t get more than just a -congrats man- from you.

uffff sorry for the long post guys, it’s just that right now i feel pretty weak and vulnerable, i don’t consider my self someone who knows about weights or diet, that’s why i’m constantly reading, researching, asking for advice.

guys, at last, in the first 3 sets i could do 3 reps without touching the floor, on the third i had to touch it, rest 2-4 seconds and do the other 2 reps, same for second and thir set.
