In the past, you used this method. (25/45 Method Doubles)
What exactly is it?
If you’re strong enough, you do a double with X weight. Then add a 25 pound plate to each side and do another double.
You then take off the 25 and replace it with a 45 and do a double.
You then add the 25’s back on and do a double, etc.
This is really for guys that are fairly strong.
