These guys claim that they have never been in a gym in their lives. I’m quite new to working out so are can’t really figure out, are they bullshitting us? if they can’t afford a gym membership how can they afford the right nutrition and supplements to get big, and they can’t really increase the weights that much either. They dont seem to work their lower body either they must have tiny legs, which probably makes this a crappy workout. One more thing…2:47 that excercise looks crazy, what muscles is that gonna work haha.
I just want to point out the awesomeness of the track on this- Roy Jones Jr. - “Can’t be touched.”
Oh yea.

Hello everyone. I am new to this site, but I read some of the posts and i would like to add my 2 cents. I only do bodyweight. Dead lifting and squatting isn’t the only way to build strong muscular legs. I prefer the outdoors work then being inside a gym, i feel to contained.
so what do you do for legs then?
I’m trying do more bodyweight training for a change… Is a pistol and a one arm push up good for building lean muscle mass…
Nice vid man, serious strength to be seen there.

Some really amazing stuff. Good work.
Men have 11 inch arms?

YOu know, places where men don’ eat tons of carbs out of boredom.

Bodyweight stuff is great. But not for size.
If you don’t have the right genetics, chances are you won’t grow a lot from this stuff.
If you have the genetics, you can blow up just as good from just working at a sawmill or repping out pushups and pullups a few times every other day.
Look at olympic gymnasts, the best talent and genes assembled, are they all strong and buff? Nope, some are even quite thin.
bottom line: to get muscular and gain weight, playing with weights will produce better results, faster and more consistently.

your a dumb fuck, workin at a sawmill would be a hell of a lot tougher than you seem to think it is. If the sawmill worker ate enough, recovered well, he’d be pretty monstrous person

Apparently so. I would think a grown man to be sickly if I saw one that skinny. It would mean they lived their entire life up to that point being physically weak as fuck.
My arms was 11" when i was 16… it’s not a big deal…

Inb4 “Oh, I just run a lot. I can feel how I work all the muscles in my legs that way!”

1.) You are from India. (not exactly known for naturally occurring mass monsters)
2.) 16 does not equal “grown man”…at least not in this country.
“Big deal” isn’t the issue. It is rare where I live to see a grown man of average height with arms that small unless his life has been extremely sedentary or he looks malnourished.

If anybody wants to see 11 inch arms pls have a look at the fashion industry(male models)…

Have you read the other thread about this same topic? My opinion on these guys is already written several times over throughout. They are more developed than most of the people putting them down or criticizing them…which is usually the case on this board. 9 times out of 10 if there is a mass grouping of people tearing someone down…chances are that guy makes the critics look like shit.

i just have to disagree with the notion that bodyweight exercises wont produce growth. and yes, lets look at gymnasts… most, if not all, pretty much have the ideal physique that people train for in a conventional gym. to say genetics is the main determent whether you can get big or not… would be ignorant.
