Somalia probably…
That’s what I’m thinking. My uncle was probably the skinniest guy I knew growing up and even he didn’t have arms that small.

I can see why these people think EVERYONE is on steroids if they think the fucking global average for the girth of a man’s arm is the same as most high school girls.
lol- we aren’t talking about someone’s uncle. We are talking about 11" inch arms being unthinkable while they are actually pretty common across the globe.

Visit China and India (and thus meeting nearly half the population) and tell me with a straight face they all sprout considerably bigger arms - that would be bullshittin.
Yes, 11" are skinny, but they are definitely more common then 13" arms.
Complete and utter no brainer here.
i am chinese and i had 11 inch arms when i was 14 and 5’1 95 lbs. i remember getting measured by my gym teacher in front of my entire gym class. that’s when decided to start pumping iron. there isnt any grown man in my family with arms that small and i have a wimpy family.
Thank you. Nail in the coffin, bitches.
Born in India, Indian parentage. 6’0’ tall, 16.5 inch arms flexed. And yes even my father at 5’10’ and 77cm waist still has larger than 11 inch arms, as do all my uncles and grandfather.

There’s a few more nails for ya!
OK…so we haven’t found one Asian yet with arms that small or who has family members with arms that small.

So…what excuse do weak ass Americans who average 5’10" or taller have?

Going back to the OP, it isn’t that supplements and great workout gear are needed to get big.

Not being a pussy is needed to get big…and as we can see, this trait is extremely rare…much like an American Bald Eagle…who likely also has arms bigger than 11".

This is a very depressing thread for a double arm amputee to read.

I agree, I will donate to the De-Pussification of Healthy Grown Ass Men with 11" Arms fund. Just let me know were to send the hamburgers.

Lol at this thread’s douchbaggery.

Nobody said 11" are THE global average except the too-lazy-to-reads.
I said it’s pretty close to the global average.

How about you visit some other countries and see for yourself?

p.s. …and the lying retard reward goes to countingsbeans! (quote myself: “I do admire the insane poundage, of course”)

^I hope you speak the truth. For I have just been filled with pride of my above 11" arm country. Make a infomercial and I will help out will all the tricep info I can send donate a curl bar

I think it is more like “getting up off my lazy ass is hard.”

That and the demonetization of anything considered “male” or “manly”.

Women are given hormone adjustments without a second thought, but a man in his fifties who likely needs some HRT. FUCK THAT, TEST IS DA EBILS. Load that fucker up on lithium and watch him wallow in nothingness.

Hello everyone. I am new to this site, but I read some of the posts and i would like to add my 2 cents. I only do bodyweight and I think im pretty big. I have 17 - 18 inch arms. And I train legs through bodyweight as well. Dead lifting and squatting isn’t the only way to build strong muscular legs. I prefer the outdoors work then being inside a gym, i feel to contained. The guy in the thumbnail of the video his name is Hannibal. i have trained with him before. Very cool guy. He does only body weight and has been training for over 17 years.

I’m quite new to working out so are can’t really figure out, are they bullshitting us? if they can’t afford a gym membership how can they afford the right nutrition and supplements to get big, and they can’t really increase the weights that much either. They dont seem to work their lower body either they must have tiny legs, which probably makes this a crappy workout. One more thing…2:47 that excercise looks crazy, what muscles is that gonna work haha.
???

Some of the most developed people I know were from my neighborhood in South Houston…and I doubt any of them had a gym membership or could afford to worry about the latest protein supplement…especially in the 80’s.

The bottom line is that many of the people here seem to come from environments and people who are extremely weak when it comes to not only genetic ability, but drive to work really hard.

I didn’t even know grown men could have 11" arms until I came to this site.

In other words…maybe you just suck.
Bump…because Professor X admits to having 11" arms, or was he accusing someone else of having 11" arms.

Where did I admit to that? I doubt my arms were that small even as a skinny newb in high school. They were 15" when I first measured them by first week in a real gym.

Simply put, the weakest bastards I see on a regular basis are from THIS website. Most of the guys I grew up with who don’t even lift are bigger than many here.

I concur. I still remember people saying how 18" arms were impossible for a natural.

You’d be surprised. They just quit saying that on this board about 5 years ago. Up to that point, anyone who claimed arms bigger than 17" obviously was on enough steroids to kill a horse.

Unless you are very short, in bodybuilding, if you CAN’T build arms up to about 18" or more naturally, this may not be the activity you need to be focusing on.

Makes me think everyone lives in concentration camps. My grandpa (83 years old) has bigger arms than some of these people on here, never been into a weight room in his life. Never had the money really and too busy WORKING on a farm to bother.

Thats easy man how much does a PS3 control weigh? Most kids dont eat right or excercise period and you wonder how they only have 11" arms. They then hit there late teenage years and now are going into the real world with grown men, they then discover weight lifting and come here.

My grandad was the same way. Big fucking arms with a vein running down them that could double as a garden hose and he never lifted weights. he looked like that from hard work. the man never even owned a car. He rode his bike to work until he died.

People today are pussies…and they are retarded enough to think they deserve respect for it.

This is the last video made of me and my team.
