23 Yrs Old, Signs of Low T/High Estrogen Since 18

So here goes. Like the title says im 23 and had this issue for quite some time now. Ive had loss of muscle, puffy face, ED, water retention is high, fat gain, just all the typical btch traits. I have gotten bloodwork done before but mainly focused on the T levels which were on the lower end, but the thing is im only 23 and before all of this started I was VERY aggressive very in shape just overall a walking steroid shot. Almost went from that to feeling like a bitch overnight at 18. The only thing i can think of is my natural T was so high that it shot my estrogen levels up which in turn turned my T levels back to the low/normal and is giving me all those symptoms, but thats just a guess? I forget exactly what my E levels were before but if i remember correctly they were on the higher end of the scale. Is this possible or am i just a straight up btch now? Would it hurt to run a trial of arimidex .25 eod to see if anything changes?

It would be in your best interest to get some bloodwork done before you start throwing drugs at the problem.

Too much E2 and not enough testosterone, sounds like a hormonal imbalance. AI’s are bad for you, testosterone is not. Sounds like you need TRT.

What about thyroid testing?

thanks for the quick response. thyroid is healthy im on levothryoxine its at 2.3

Also, my balls feel super healthy and full at least most of the day and maybe later at night get a little less pronounced if that means anything. I just feel like they might be making a lot of T but its getting converted to E is that possible?

By feel do you mean to palpation, or are you claiming to have conscious awareness of your testicular function?

it sounds weird, but feel to the touch they seem super healthy like bull nuts so it just wouldnt make since to be naturally low on T. Do you second my theory possibly on my body may be naturally high on E which is lowering the T or is it inevitable that i need TRT? If my E does come back say in the upper range for example if estradiol (10-40pg/ml) came back at 35 or higher what would you take from that?

For what it’s worth mine sits just above the high end of the range all the time. I have no issues with that. I would be more concerned if I felt shitty.
Post your bloods when you get them. There are a lot of very smart people on these boards that can help but they need info not just a theory.

Empirically speaking, it is very unlikely you need TRT. But for your peace of mind, I would encourage you to see a urologist or endocrinologist for labs and an evaluation.

Haha sorry for the bull nuts part LOL and ok thanks for the reply. Im getting these tested tomorrow

  • DHEA-S
  • DHT
  • Estradiol (E2)
  • Pregnenolone
  • Testosterone (Free and Total)
  • Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)

Also, i just spoke with an endo the other day and he told me “i mainly deal with thyroid problems and things dealing with the thyroid” which i was thinking wtf? I also had a testicular ultrasound done and it showed normal blood flow to the testicles, i had a epidermal cyst but they said its not affecting anything. The results said my testicles overall were healthy with no torsion or anything and good blood flow.

I’d include LH & FSH, prolactin, not sure DHT DHEA Preg are important at this stage.

First try taking 5mg per day of Boron. You can google it and learn about it. It brought my E2 down to 12. I will skip a day or two. I would like to be around 22. Amazon sells it.

I had a TSH of 9.4 when I got tested and the progesterone came back to be 10 times the high end of “normal” and we all know whats considered normal in the states is right fucked so. Would 9.4 TSH be high enough to blame this number on for throwing things out of whack or what else causes prog numbers like this?

sorry for the tags a dickhead mod moved my OG post back to here @Chris_Colucci

Yep, I moved a new thread you tried to create discussing your bloodwork into the thread you started 24 hours ago discussing your bloodwork.

It’s actually better to have all info in one thread rather than scattered around in multiple threads. It makes it easier to help you, so if anything the mod did you a favor.

Completely different question plus old thread likely to be less seen than a new thread but keep on keeping on big dog
