Ive been trying to lose weight for a while and also build a little muscle can you tell me what you think i need to concentrate on building wise and how much more weight i should lose. Il try and put a better pic up soon.
You look lean enough already, unless you’re trying to sport a tight six pack. You should concentrate on building your whole body with compounds and food (meaning weight gain)…and if you eat clean food, the fat gain shouldn’t be a problem.
You should gain muscle and stop taking myspace angle pictures. You are small and will look even smaller once you lose more fat. Make muscle growth your priority and you will be happier later.

Reconsider your goals. Do you really want to look like one of the healthier residents of Auschwitz?
You’ll be better off if you build some muscle, not just the “beach muscles” but also the large muscles in your legs, ass and back. That will make you stronger, healthier and more capable of losing fat.

“Building wise”, though inarticulately stated, is an admirable goal. Be patient. Wisdom comes with age. In the meantime, reading and listening will help you lay the foundation in that area.

Well i have no idea how much weight u still need to lost because u didn’t give ur current height weight etc…
im going to say u dont need to lose anymore fat… but u need to gain alot of muscle because u dont really seem to have any…
start lifting weights rather than whatever it is ur doing right now… cardio… south beach diet etc…

I would laugh my ass off if he just finnished getting a pump in the gym and went in the bathroom to get a picture. Wasnt satisfied with how he looked so changed the angle to look bigger.

This guy has no posts preceding or following this one. What is more, this is ridiculous (skinny kid’s “physique”, MySpace angle, public bathroom shot.) This isn’t about flaming newbs. This is about cracking jokes about a troll’s post, because that’s what troll posts are good for.
