Study Result

Impression

Relatively nondiagnostic study. The patient was not able to complete the exam due to claustrophobia. Full-thickness tear of the rotator cuff.

TECHNIQUE: MRI of the left shoulder was performed. Neither intravenous nor intra-articular contrast was administered. On the axial T2 fat saturation imaging was obtained. The patient came in pre-medicated but was still too claustrophobic to get through the exam.

FINDINGS: Relatively nondiagnostic study. There appears to be subacromial subdeltoid bursa suggestive of full-thickness tear of the rotator cuff. Subcortical cyst changes in the humeral head. Subscapularis tendinopathy with a partial tear.

Part of this is what I get for being greedy. Week 9 of 8 lol. I’m supposed to be on maintenance calories for the next 22 weeks. Not satisfied with the result going to extend to NOV 1. Low is 218lbs. I was looking for 210.

Average daily calories are far less than my TDEE. In the scheme of things, not a big deal. I never went over my TDEE on any given day.

When I say lost some ground I am talking about the mental aspect of my personal development, self-discipline, and bland taste buds. Sticking to the plan I created.

Between 9/23 and 9/28 I have had: half a dozen donuts, 2 boxes of cereal (crushed a box in one sitting twice), six pb&j’s (3 at a time), and ice cream.

Disappointed in the number of days it’s taking to pull it together.

Don’t want cravings, don’t eat things that give you cravings.

The words in the email were a copy and paste from the orthos notes from a previous visits Xray and her intial thoughts after my first exam.

None of the images were good enough for evaluation.

MRI being reordered. Valium being upped to 10mg’s.

I asked, she said let’s try this first.

One thing I use to do when I was younger was dissociate and imagine myself the size of a bug. Then all of a sudden the visible space would feel enormous.

Why can’t they just make you an appointment for an OPEN MRI?

Open MRIs take lower quality images. Some scans need, or are much better with, a closed MRI.
