I was chasing the 500 squat, 405 bench, 600 deadlift. 2 out of 3 isn’t bad.
Now that it’s off the table, lowering the calories for a slower, more sensible bulk.
I’ve put on 37 pounds in 9 weeks.

I was going for 5 sets of 20 reps at 315.
My mind was changed around the 16th rep of the second set.
By the end couldn’t even do another set at 150.
