I resemble that remark. I haven’t hit the pavement since Tuesday… last week we had winds and an atmosphere of dust and pollen, but this morning was nice and there was no excuse.

How do you barbell row 245 without falling over? Maybe I’m too tall, but seems like balancing would be hard. Or are you standing mostly upright?
Okay, so keep the bar close to the legs. I doubt I can row 245, but now I need to try.
That is how I row. Bar close to the legs, butt back. Should almost be wedged in like a deadlift.
Hey Boss, question for ya
Im on the starting end of a pretty big cut, down 9lbs so far, with too many to go haha. Ive bulked and cut before, but never really a big weight loss. Did you find you had any issues with metabolism slowing down as your lost more weight? Im definitely running on full cylinders now, but worry I might stall out 20-30lbs from now just from eating lower cal for so long.
I’m the wrong person to ask.
I leveraged injectable l carnitine, cardarine, caffeine tablets, eca stack, yohimbine, fasting, very low calories, and 10 mile walks. While still training every day.
My bodyfat didn’t stand a chance.
