I sleep from 7pm to 330am-4am weeknights. On weekends I lay down around 6pm. Easy to sleep when you’ve done 3 hours of cardio and lifted and went to work all in the same day by 5pm.
Takes no energy for me to get up and put the work in.
What if getting up and doing the work and going harder than yesterday gives you energy?
Mr. Jones, mind sharing how you’re programming this PPL? Looks like you’re doing high volume with a mix of single Push, Pull, Leg days with a mix of days with all three exercises. I like the approach and would love to know more.
Well that is a lot of weight gain, way too fast indeed, perhaps cut a bit on the calories? But remember that on the first 4 weeks of a cycle, you gain a ton of weight: nitrogen balance, water, glycogen storage (and you were so depleted)
But this, this is gold man! You keep moving and doing some form of cardio, even if it’s walking, during your bulk. That’s something I’ll always do from now on
