This is the last day of horrible protein. I understand this is not how a bodybuilder eats.
As I transition from cutting to bulking I will eat at 6am, 10am, 2pm and 6pm instead of OMAD.
Today was day one of packing meals to eat at 10am and 2pm. Itās 9am, Iāve eaten all the food.
